Built by RFG is a growing development group opening a brand-new Wendy's location in Greenland, AR, launching the end of October. We are looking for an elite General Manager to take the helm of our flagship store.
If you have direct experience as a Wendy's General Manager, you are exactly who we want to talk to. If you are a high-performing GM from another QSR brand, we will invest in you with a fully paid, 10-week training program in the Springfield, MO area. Training starts immediately on hire so you are certified before we open, which means we are moving fast on offers.

What You Will Do
Own the store from day one.
Lead the Launch
Open the store alongside our co-founder in late October, from final prep to cutting the ribbon.
Build the Team
Interview, hire, and train a high-performing crew from day one.
Drive Operations
Own the daily operations, inventory management, scheduling, and P&L.
Set the Standard
Establish a culture of operational excellence, cleanliness, and speed of service.
What You Bring
The résumé we're looking for.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager (Wendy's experience is a massive plus).
- Ability to start 10 weeks of fully paid training in Springfield, MO immediately (if no prior Wendy's GM experience). Training has to begin right away to have you certified before we open.
- Strong leadership, financial acumen, and a track record of team development.
